Written confirmation will be sent to the email addresses provided here and the booking will be considered confirmed only then. Number of children under the age of six: For them, accommodation is free of charge.

ID Card or Passport scan:

As of September 2021, Hungarian accommodations are required by regulation to scan a valid ID card or passport and transfer this data via the accommodation management software to the National Tourist Information Centre (NTAK) and the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA). The data are stored anonymously, only the authorities have access to them. The hosting provider of the database is the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTŰ). The Regulation applies to all guests, including children under 14 years of age. We kindly ask our guests to bring a valid identity card or passport. Refusal to scan a document will result in cancellation of the reservation.

24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show 100% of the ordered service will be charged.

 

Cancellation policy for group or long term bookings:

8 days before arrival free of charge

2-7 days before arrival 30% of the ordered service will be charged

1 day before arrival or in case of no shown 100% of the ordered service will be charged
