House Rules
- Only registered guests are allowed in the apartments. The guest take full responsibility for approved visitors and ensures their entry and exit. Unauthorized visitors will be charged regardless of the duration of their stay.
- Leaving the apartment, the guest must close the apartment doors. In case of reception closure, the hotel entrance door must also be closed. Handing over keys to persons who are not registered in the apartment is prohibited.
- Leaving the apartment guest must make sure that all taps are turned off, the hob, hairdryer, iron and other electrical appliances are turned off and safe condition.
- Smoking, lighting fires, or using open flames are strictly prohibited in the hotel. Smoking is allowed outdoors, 5 meters away from the main entrance.
- The guest is fully responsible for the condition of the apartments and the equipment in them. Any damage caused – whether intentional or accidental -must be reported to the reception, and if necessary, the cost of repairs or replacement must be covered.
- The quiet hours are from 21:00 to 7:00, during which intentional disturbance of other guests is strictly prohibited. Examples: excessively loud movies, video games, sports, music, shouting, or noisy behavior in the stairwell. etc.
- Guests who behave disrespectful, aggressive, or offensive behavior toward staff or other guests will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
- Meetings or parties are not allowed. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in common areas (hallways, reception, dining area). We reserve the right to deny accommodation to guests under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs.
- Guests are required to respect generally accepted standards of behaviour and dress code, especially in public areas (dining room, reception, staircase), balconies and car park. Inappropriately dressed or unhygienic persons may be refused accommodation.
- The supervision of guests under 18 years of age is the sole responsibility and responsibility of parents/adult companion (grandparents, teachers, coaches).
- The importation and storage of firearms, cutting instruments, explosive, flammable, toxic or strong smelling substances, chemicals is prohibited throughout the accommodation.
- Animals are not allowed on the property without permission. The owner is fully responsible for the animals brought in with a permit and for any damage and extra cleaning costs they may cause.
